1. About UK Study English

UK Study English (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a platform that helps prospective students and parents/guardians make enquiries about English language schools and related study options in the UK.

We are operated by Home From Home Student Services Limited, trading as UK Study English.

2. What we do

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we will:

collect the information you provide; and
use it to help connect you with one or more relevant schools (and, where applicable, other education or accommodation providers you have asked us about).

We are an introducer and information platform. We are not a language school, and we do not deliver courses ourselves.

3. Enquiries and onward sharing

By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that:

the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
you have authority to provide it (including on behalf of another person where relevant).

Where you consent (for example by selecting schools and/or opting in to matching), we may share your enquiry with:

the school(s) you select; and/or
other relevant schools that match your stated preferences.

Schools will respond to you directly and independently. We cannot guarantee that a school will accept an application or offer a place.

4. Under 18s

If the prospective student is under 18, the enquiry should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian (or with their authorisation). You confirm that you have the authority to submit the enquiry and to receive communications about it.

5. No guarantees and third-party decisions

We do not guarantee:

course availability, pricing, discounts or promotions;
visa outcomes or immigration decisions;
accommodation availability or suitability; or
the quality, performance, or services of any third party (including schools and accommodation providers).

Any decisions made by schools or other providers are outside our control.

6. Pricing and information accuracy

Information on our website is provided for general guidance and may change. Schools set their own prices, entry requirements, and policies. You should verify details directly with the school before making decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems;
submit false or misleading enquiries;
use the site for unlawful purposes; or
interfere with the operation or security of the site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, branding, and page design) is owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or reuse content without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

losses arising from reliance on information provided by schools or third parties;
losses arising from communications between you and schools;
indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
