Course overview

Business-focused leadership programme modelled on tasks, discussion and critical thinking students will experience in higher education. The 25-hour-per-week course promotes empowerment and autonomous learning as students develop leadership skills and teamwork. Academic sessions delivered as workshops focus on project delivery. Students develop confidence as young entrepreneurs and gain understanding of business principles, exploring teen business stars, start-ups, social impact, sustainability, financial planning and leadership qualities. The programme includes guest speakers and visits to the Houses of Parliament and Bletchley Park. Students develop innovative ideas into business plans, learn to present to potential investors, and conclude with a final presentation in front of judges in the Olivier Hall, with the winning group receiving the Future Leaders Trophy.
